Devon Ruesch, LCSW
Devon’s approach is empathetic, warm, authentic and non-judgmental with the goal of providing a nurturing and collaborative therapeutic environment for change and growth. His treatment foundation combines compassionate, relationally-based, and psychodynamically-informed work. Devon also uses EMDR and the Flash Technique (demo here) to help clients not only process trauma but work through a variety of stuck points in their lives.
Devon particularly loves working with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC and biracial folks. Devon’s previous experience is with adults in community and with emerging adults in college counseling.
Previously, Devon was in the fashion business in New York City and owned two restaurants in Provincetown, MA. Now you can find him swimming in the lakes, ponds and streams of western Massachusetts in the summer or schussing down ski slopes in the winter.
Devon Ruesch is biracial, having grown up within a Chinese immigrant family. He is queer and a cisgender man who uses he/him pronouns. He works under the supervision and licensure of Michelle Marchese, LICSW. Devon has previously worked in college counseling but has worked in this practice since May 2023.
